How does Tracktainer access work?
Tracktainer uses a credit-based model for shipment tracking.
Your account includes a number of tracking credits based on your current plan or account offer.
Credits give you access to Tracktainer's shipment tracking workflow using supported references such as:
Container Number
Bill of Lading
Booking Reference
What can I manage?
Depending on your account and plan, you can manage:
Your current plan
Review the subscription associated with your Tracktainer account.
Available credits
See how much tracking capacity remains.
Plan renewal
Your subscription provides additional tracking capacity according to its renewal cycle.
Additional credits
If your credits run out before renewal, you can purchase extra credits without waiting for the next plan period.
Plan upgrades
If you regularly need more tracking capacity, you can move to a higher plan.
What happens if I need more credits?
