What happens when my credits reach zero?
If you use all available credits, your account has reached its current tracking allowance.
You don't have to wait for the next subscription renewal if you need to continue adding new tracking requests.
You can choose between two options.
Option 1 — Buy additional credits
If you only need some extra tracking capacity before your current plan renews, you can purchase additional credits.
This allows you to continue working without immediately changing your recurring subscription.
Option 2 — Upgrade your plan
If your tracking volume has increased and you expect to need more credits regularly, upgrading your plan may be the better option.
A higher plan provides a larger recurring tracking allowance according to the selected subscription.
