Additional credits are useful when your included plan credits run out before the next subscription renewal.
Instead of waiting for the new plan period, you can add extra tracking capacity to your current account.
How does it work?
Open your Tracktainer account or subscription management area and look for the option to purchase additional credits.
Choose the available credit amount that best fits your current tracking needs and complete the purchase.
Once the additional credits are available in your account, you can continue creating tracking requests.
Does buying credits change my subscription?
No.
Buying additional credits is a one-time purchase and does not itself upgrade your recurring subscription.
Your existing plan remains active.

Think of additional credits as a temporary extension to your current tracking allowance.
If you repeatedly purchase extra credits, a higher Tracktainer plan may provide a more suitable recurring allowance.
