When is an arrival notification sent?
Tracktainer can report when shipment data indicates that the shipment has arrived at its Port of Discharge.
The current notification example says:
MSKU7654321 arrived at POD — Rotterdam (NLRTM).
Does Arrived mean tracking is finished?
No.
The existing arrival notification specifically states that Tracktainer will continue notifying the user of shipment progress updates or changes.
Therefore:
Arrived ≠ Completed
Additional operational events may still occur after arrival.
What can happen next?
Depending on available data, further container events can include gate-out and empty return.
