What does a cancellation notification mean?
When a tracking request is cancelled, Tracktainer informs the user that further updates will no longer be sent.
The current notification identifies several possible reasons:
The reference could not be matched
No carrier data was received
Tracking was manually stopped
What should I do?
Review the shipment from View Full Tracking Details, verify the tracking reference, and contact support if you believe the request was cancelled unexpectedly.
