What does this notification mean?
After you submit a shipment for tracking, Tracktainer can confirm that the tracking request has been received.
The current notification states:
Tracking Request Received
and explains that Tracktainer will provide voyage details as soon as carrier data becomes available.
Does this mean shipment data is already available?
Not necessarily.
The tracking request may initially remain Pending while Tracktainer waits for carrier information.
Do I need to submit the shipment again?
No.
Once the tracking request has been received, Tracktainer can continue monitoring that shipment record.
The notification also provides access to View Full Tracking Details.
