Last Update 9 dagen geleden

Is an ETA change normal?
ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival.

Because it is an estimate, the date can change as updated shipment information becomes available.

Tracktainer can display both the previous and revised ETA rather than showing only the newest date.

For example, an existing Tracktainer update shows an ETA changing from:

14 Jul 2026

to:

20 Jul 2026

with a:

+6 day delay.

Why does Tracktainer show the previous ETA?
Keeping the previous ETA gives you context.

Instead of simply seeing a new arrival date, you can understand how much the schedule changed.

Do
I need to create a new tracking request?
No.

An ETA change is an update to the existing shipment.

Continue using the same tracking record.

What if another source shows a different ETA?
Tracktainer monitors shipments frequently throughout the day and can update the tracking record as new data is received.

If another source has changed very recently, there may be a short period where the displayed values differ while new shipment data becomes available.

Use the latest available Tracktainer update and review the full tracking details for context.
