Which references can I use?
Tracktainer supports tracking with:
Container Number
Bill of Lading
Booking Reference
These are the three reference types used throughout the Tracktainer tracking workflow.
Why might a reference not be recognized?
A tracking request can be cancelled when the reference cannot be matched. This is one of the cancellation conditions defined by Tracktainer.
What should I check?
Verify that:
The full reference was entered
No characters are missing
There are no unnecessary spaces
You selected the correct shipment reference
You have not accidentally entered another internal or commercial reference
Should I try again?
If you identify an error in the original reference, create a new tracking request with the corrected value.
If the reference appears correct but still cannot be matched, contact Tracktainer Support.
