What does Cancelled mean?
A Cancelled status means Tracktainer has stopped following that tracking request.
The current notification clearly states that no further updates will be received for the container.
Why can tracking be cancelled?
Tracktainer currently identifies three possible reasons:
Reference could not be matched.
The submitted tracking reference could not be associated with the required shipment data.
No carrier data was received.
Tracktainer did not receive the carrier information needed to continue tracking.
Tracking was stopped manually.
The tracking request was intentionally stopped.
These reasons are defined in the current cancellation notification.
Is Cancelled the same as Completed?
No.
Completed means all tracking events have been received and tracking is closed normally.
Cancelled means tracking was stopped without continuing to receive shipment updates.
What should I do?
Open View Full Tracking Details to review the tracking record. The cancellation notification provides this action directly.
If the request was not intentionally stopped, check the reference you submitted and contact Tracktainer Support if necessary.
