How to View Full Tracking Details

 

Open your shipment details
The Tracktainer dashboard gives you a quick overview of your shipments.

When you need more information, open the shipment to access its complete tracking details.

Information available in shipment details
Depending on the shipment and carrier data, you may find:

Shipment Reference

Container number, Booking Number, or Bill of Lading.

Carrier

The shipping line associated with the shipment.

Port of Loading (POL)

The origin port where the shipment begins its ocean journey.

Port of Discharge (POD)

The destination port where the container is discharged.

Route

View the shipment's origin, destination and available routing information.

ETD

Estimated Time of Departure.

ETA

Estimated Time of Arrival.

Vessel Information

The vessel associated with the current shipment movement, when available.

Milestones

Events recorded throughout the container journey.
